Around March this year we told you guys about a cool app by Me Books, a great story book app for your iPad or iPhone and iPod touch. Me Books features classic story books like Little Red Riding Hood and The Gingerbread Man. Me Books now have a larger collection of books from the vintage Ladybird books to modern favourites Elmer, Topsy & Tim and Peppa Pig.
Our little beeniebud is 2 years old and enjoys reading, we had so much fun with the Me Books app. We totally enjoy the Read. Listen. Record. Save. Little beeniebud could personalise her books by drawing interactive hotspots to record their own stories and sounds. At first when we done this, she was so excited that her voice was part of the story. Other than little beeniebud voice, there are famous storytellers featured on app like Sir David Jason and Tamsin Greig. It’s nice to hear familiar voices from your favourite shows. Me Books have totally made our rainy weekend fun and we shall be looking out for more cool books to purchase!
You can download the app here. Also upon download readers will have access to the beloved Ladybird Classics title ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ free of charge. Additional stories are available for between £0.69 and £1.99 each through In-App Purchase. Cool and affordable.

We talked about me books awhile back and we still love the app! We are very delighted that me books have a new app that features the one and only Peppa Pig. Yay! So now you and your little ones can now read, listen, record and save your very own version of the Peppa Pig stories resulting in squeals of joy!

We think that apps for kids are getting cooler each day and so many to choose from too. We love the Monster Coloring Book by The Guys In The Booth. Monster Colouring Book is describe as fingerpainting without the mess! I grew up reading Ladybird classic books and now my little beeniebud is enjoying them too but on our iPad! The creators of the award-winning The Land of Me, Made in Me have designed Me Books! Ladybird classic books come to life via a really cool app. We downloaded ours last week and the first book included was The Zoo, then you can then start building your own collection with other classic titles like The Three Little Pigs, Gingerbread Man and much more.
The titles are narrated from well-known celebrities. There is more you can interact with the hotspots that are available throughout the book. You can do what we done and recorded our own voices and made some cool sound effects. Suitable for children of 3+, our little beeniebud is 17 months and loves to play with us on the iPad. We totally love this app and looking forward to added more classic titles to our collection.

I was lucky enough to get introduced to this wonderful and magical, award winning learning tool The Land Of Me. An interactive digital storybook that is great for children and adults alike. Unlike your classic storybooks, once you interact with The Land Of Me, your imagination keeps going on and on with the help of games, activities and print outs that are included in all chapters.
The Land Of Me made up of six chapters which are based on the adventures of three very cute friends, Buddy Boo the bear, Eric the raccoon and Willow the owl. There were lots of ohhs and ahhhs when I got to download the first chapter, which by the way is free to download. The Land Of Me is aimed at children aged 2-6, although my little one is 12 months, we still had fun as the first chapter helps with shape, size and colour. Which is a primary learning skill for little ones.
The Land Of Me is absolutely a magical experience.

Alright so I’m having a Miffy moment! With Miffy hitting the runaway and a Miffy MP3 player with dock the cuteness level has gone beyond its limit.
How adorable is this Miffy MP3 player, with so many cute features like the removable, swappable clothes to a toggle button tail. The docking station is very cute with a mini house set on a glassy hill. I perfect find for little ones room.

Can monsters be cute? Moshi Monster mouth are super cute such a fun kids App. Choose a Moshi Monster, little Poppet is cute then hold the iPhone in front of your mouth and start to speak. The monster’s mouth on screen is animated while you speak, this is picked up by the microphone Not sure who had more fun with this App, little one or Mummy and Daddy.
This is a very trendy docking station. The Art in the City have created a line of fruit shaped iPod docking stations named Charge ‘N’ Fruit. The best part is that all the wires are concealed within the docking station, leaving you to admire the shiny green apple!
A fun iPhone app for toddlers and mummies! This app from A Modern Eden called “Speak, Piggy” is great fun. An educational app that teaches little ones, names of animals, the spellings and the different habitats where they live.
The best part is that you can download for free some of the amazing wallpaper graphics, for your iPhone or iPad.
The two great things that work well together, LEGO Star Wars! I was such a big fan when I was younger (kind of still am). This Stormtrooper Star Wars LEGO Alarm Clock, is great for any LEGO fan.
There are so many great apps for the little ones now, Intro to letters by Montessorium, allows you to learn have to trace, read, write and record letter sounds.
