We love painting, colouring and drawing. Little beeniebud is only 2 years but loves her work to be showcased for other friends and familes members to see ( she gets it from her mama!). So I do have a special wall for her art. I was introduce to a lovely brand called something we made. Create, Share and Frame. Besty (the lovely founder), has come up with a great way of kids to be super creative and share their best work in a bespoke frame. The frames are a lovely classic white, blank paper, shape mount and a cut out shape. All we need to do was supply the paints, or colouring pencils.
We went with straw blowing painting and finger painting, there was lots of laughter and smiles. Once our artwork was dried, little beeniebud was very happy with her final display and in her framed intial ‘S’. If you would like your own something we made frames, is available here.
Thanks something we made x
Yay! We are happy to share our new brand at beeniebuds&co, Made With love By Mrs Booth! A lovely collection of simple and colourful designs. Mrs Booth (her real name by the way) couldn’t find the kind of pictures she wanted for her children’s rooms, she started to design her own. Inspired by the kind of simple graphic educational posters and books she remember and loved as a child growing up in the seventies. Simple, colourful eco friendly pictures printed on recycled paper using vegetable inks. Perfect gift for an newborn or a treat for your little ones room! We lovvvvvve the mama elephant and the baby!
Available here
These Super Cool Iron-Ons by Sukie brought back memories of when I was young and loved Iron-Ons! I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these lovely retro designs. Perfect for our little ones plain tees, tote bags or even some tea towels! I spotted this book at Lazyoaf.co.uk

Our lovely friend Kate over at Toosta MacGinty shared this amazing find wth us. Yuko Lau has designed a series of peek-a-boo animals which are bold, colourful and different from the children art you see around. Check out this video here where YukoLau is talking about her work and what inspires her! Enjoy.
That little yellow button just makes reading a magical experience. Press Here by Hervé Tullet, is one of my favourite children’s book this year! Each page instructs little ones to press the dots, shake the pages and tilt the book you never know what’s going to happen next.
Take a look at the video below, it’s fun I promise…
What a great desk for budding young artist in the making. I first saw this lovely Desk House here. Simply designed, the roof acts as a desk for drawing and painting or a perfect hideaway!
The chimney makes the house complete, made from solid oak, this can be used for a convenient storage for crayons. Such a cool site with lots more amazing things. Totally in love…

I’m really looking forward to my little ones first art piece, and I am always wondering if she will take after her Mummy and Daddy and enjoy Graphic Design! The Design Museum Shop always have some really fun books including this one Make Art/ Make Mistakes by MOMA.
A colourful and lively sketchbook that lets the little ones imagation run free, with famous quotations and information on how to use colour, texture towards their final art piece.

A huge wallpaper piece of art! This amazing design is by Jon Burgerman, who has done a number of other cool things. Using marker pens, felt tips or paint can colour this artwork in. This well keep the little ones busy for hours.
